DemDikk (DDD) is a solution developed for Dakar, Senegal, specifically for Dakar Dem Dikk. It encompasses a CMS platform, POS system, and mobile applications designed for both employees and passengers.

IdeatoLife devised DDD as a comprehensive solution to enhance transportation services in Dakar. It includes a CMS platform for managing the operator network, from stop creation to route planning and runtime management. The solution also features automated fare collection, offering NFC cards, paper tickets with QR codes, and e-tickets with QR codes.
Additionally, mobile applications are provided for passengers, allowing them to access personalized profiles with various functionalities, such as purchasing intercity tickets and checking trip details.
